Purpose of Processing

PlanZ collects and processes customers’ personal data for the purpose of customer and order management (including customer management, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency monitoring, and sending personalized marketing and advertising).

 

Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of (a) consent, (b) necessity for the performance of a contract, (c) necessity for compliance with a legal obligation, and (f) necessity for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by us in conducting our business, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

To the extent that the processing of personal data is based on (a) (consent), the customer has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

 

Transfer to Third Parties

Where necessary to achieve the stated purposes, the customer’s personal data will be shared with other companies (within the PlanZ group) in the Vietnamese Economic Area that are directly or indirectly connected to PlanZ, or with any other PlanZ partners; PlanZ ensures that such recipients will implement the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.

 

Data Retention Period

Personal data processed for the purpose of customer management will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including in the field of accounting).

 

Right of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Objection, and Data Portability

Customers have the right to access their personal data at any time and may correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, erase it, restrict its processing, and object to the processing of personal data concerning them.

In addition, customers have the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format) of their personal data and to transfer that personal data to another company.
