Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee
At Planz, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date. No reason is required.
This applies to all Planz purchases made through our website, including event keys, landing page access, tournament and league licenses, and subscriptions.
2. Who Processes Your Order
Orders placed through our checkout are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, tax, invoicing and refunds for these orders, under Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
3. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Through Paddle: visit paddle.net, select “Request refund” and find your order using the email address you used at checkout, or use the support link in your purchase receipt.
- Through us: email contact@planz.ai with your account email, transaction or invoice ID, and payment date, and we will submit the request for you.
If you paid through our domestic payment partner instead of Paddle, email contact@planz.ai within the same 14 days with your account email, invoice ID and payment date.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time, using the “Manage subscription” link in your purchase confirmation email or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
If you request a refund within 14 calendar days of any payment, including a renewal payment, we will refund that payment in full.
5. After a Refund
When a purchase is refunded, access to what you purchased (such as an event key or plan) ends. Your account and any other purchases are not affected.
6. How Refunds Are Paid
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.
7. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Policy Changes
Planz may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website and do not affect purchases made before the change.
